SHOP SUPERINTENDENT
Experience: Strong manufacturing
background centered around machine and weld shop operations with 4 years
experience in a supervisory capacity. Educational experience will be taken into
consideration.
Duties: Quotation and receiving of incoming jobs for general
machine and weld shop. Job entry, planning and scheduling to meet customer
requirements. Oversee all phases of operations for the general machine, welding
and CNC shops. Maintain and expand customer base. Assist in planning and
establishing short and long-term company goals to meet customer needs
Requirements: Excellent motivational skills, with personable,
professional manor. Ability to handle short notice customer production needs a
must.
Familiarization with oil field products and DCD office software helpful but not
required.
